We Buy Bibles buys old bibles, as well as other old, antiquarian, and collectible books. Most of the bibles and books we buy are over 100 years old. We are particularly interested in leather-bound bibles, illustrated bibles and other antiquarian books.
Unfortunately we can't make an offer for every single bible or book we are offered. We usually cannot offer to buy paperbacks or modern bibles and books, unless they have special or interesting features. If in doubt, ask us for an offer and we will let you know.
At We Buy Bibles we have a simple process for selling your bibles to us:
- Use the Contact Us form below or email us at info@webuybibles.co.uk with details of the bible/book which you are looking to sell. Try to include a few photographs including the title page, a brief description and notes of any defects or other things we should know about.
- We Buy Bibles will review the details and either make a conditional offer, ask for more details or decline to make an offer.
- If you decide to accept the offer we will ask you to ship the bible/book to us so that we can check it. In most cases we will be able to confirm the offer and make payment within 2-3 days. Our preferred payment method is Paypal.
- In some cases we may need to revise our original offer (e.g. if we find damage or other issues which we were not made aware of). If this happens we will contact you with a revised offer for you to consider. You can either accept the revised offer or ask us to ship your bible/book back to you.
- That's it!
